OUR GUARANTEE
We deliver high-quality, visually appealing, and responsive websites that do not go live online until you have signed off on the finished project. You will receive links to drafts of the site – as it progresses – for your approval. We usually meet client timelines unless unforseen events like power outages and internet disruptions occur. Custom graphics created for the client become the property of the client. Cybernuns is responsible for any issues that occur with the website for 30 days, free of charge.
BOOKING US
Cybernuns requires a 65% deposit to book our time. Once the finished site is approved, the remaining balance becomes due, and then the site will be published online.
PAYMENT
We accept Venmo, Checks, Cash and all Credit Cards using the secure PayPal gateway. Your receipt will be emailed.
HOSTING
We build our websites using Siteground.com hosting, and have done so for over 15 years. A professional website with the GROW BIG Siteground plan, will cost annually, $359 for Siteground hosting + $19.95 for your DOMAIN NAME annual renewals. When you pay three years in advance, the cost goes way down plus your first year is just $4.99 a month = $59.88.
MAINTENANCE
Life is Maintenance and that includes websites. The internet is a volatile and complex environment so you must protect what you create and keep it fresh. Two choices. We can TEACH you how to maintain your site on the phone or video chat/Zoom ($90 the hour) or you can hire us to do that. We will provide a complete schedule and pricing upon request. We pride ourselves on being affordable so don’t stress.

So you don’t have to pay high rates every month to Wix or Squarespace because in addition to the either monthly or annual fee, most web-builder plans do NOT include what you’d expect: unlimited emails, free plugins, the ability to accept payments, and there’s no way to remove their advertising logos unless you pay more.
